This is the question I ask of existence for which I hear no answer ever. New hobbies I am considering
1. Candy
2. Born-again Christianity
3. Helter Skelter
4. Taxidermy of Diseased Mutton
5. Firewalking
6. Nail-cutting
7. Staring
8. Pointillism
9. Scrapping of All Hobbies
10. Vaccination of Herky Jerky Types
Just got back from Pittsburgh last night. Parents arrive in NY at 1 something this afternoon. I am in need of recovery.

There is a sinking feeling, the smell of castration anxiety.
Nah, I stepped in something, that's all.
no no MM! There is not enough time for recovery!
I am in fear.
you can hide here if you like. There are many empty cubes.
welcome home MM. put on the imaginary space suite!
Welcome home MM! Why do your folks insist on ruining the new year? I am gonna be hobbying this weekend on the couch in front of the T.V. with no crazy family members in sight. YAY!
peeds. four words. Law and Order Marathon. just sayin'.
lets eat oysters and get drunk
Morning peeps. Tomorrow I will have 5 moist seconds to recover in the late afternoon if I am lucky. Then away again on Sunday to Philthy. Why do we do it I don't know. Kind regards to you all. I would like to hide in the suit Hams. And get drunk and eat stepped-in somethings. Help.
I am grating my hands into shreds.
mm. is jesus making you do all of this? he is isn't he?
we will be ready with the reacclimation suit upon your arrival back. it allows for the start-overs and erases relative damage.
please be careful until your return. the suit can only do so much. i recommend the dumbing waters and sleeping late to avoid conversation. (works for me)
Dear MM:
Love to the parents, you and UF.
Understand the feeling. Anxieties abound when my p'rents are about. I just want to flee. Considering they are on the West Coast, and never call, I think I succeeded. No?
Survived Xmas here, and now US and I are casting around for New Years activities...Likely down a bottle of good Champers and call it a night. Happy New Years to you all!
Best of luck in the New Year MM! Cheers!
Cheers MM! I am raising a toast to your tryumpahnt return from Philthy.

USB I missed you guys so much this year. We went to the Frick today, I had the pleasure of staring at Bellini's St. Francis painting for a good long time. Very theraputic and starts to offset the damage done by jesus at this delicate time of year. I feel fancy though!!! And I am loving the kind notes from my blogger darlings. I LOVE YOU so much it hurts in the nads.
Listen. I am cooking dinner for a pile of people including a friend from high school, my step-lass, parents and a couple others. I am in possession of too much zeal in the planning and then when the actuality comes about I am like please tell me why I am not in my jammies in front of the telly. Watching Wicker Man for the 12th time.
Ideas in the form of turkey bones are in the making. Pale meat shreds on bones in patches of foil in the grass at dusk. It is chilly, you have to wear a coat. But think of the meat still hugging the leg bones - you can suck it off if you want.
(Three days late and three dollars short.)
MM. It sounds like you are on the tour of brutality this year. I'm sorry. You seem particularly thin-skinned for this toxicity. I for one did not have to go to Philthy this year, nor to Oklahomo to see the gay Republican cousins. Only a cul-de-sac somewhere in the hills beyond Berkely, to the in-laws. It was even sweet this year. There was a new person in the mix, the new wife/sister-in-law from Turkey, and her presence completely improved the group dynamics. Such a relief!
I hope you get home soon and intact.
xoxo.
hi mm! lurve & rockets to you this new year, my friend.
i am considering teaching a classon rolling the perfesct marijuana cigarette, the problem is...i'm not very good at rolling. any suggestions?
Dear MM:
thanks for your kind words. Agree with the planning vs the execution situation. Find that with the projects I'm getting in the ofice the same situation is evolving... groan. The voice messaging system has not ceased since we returned to our normal business environment. Everyone wants it done for February or ASAP...regardless of bylaws, rules and giving us and relevant consultants the time to do our work..more grey hairs are developing on my head. More drinks are demanded upon entering the home...Kitti (AKA - Our Lady of Fleas or,'OLOF')is not performing up to snuff.. just demands high grade treats and kicking us out of bed in the morning.
