New Painting

Morning earthlings. This is the painting I finished for the Pulse art fair. Art Fag City was nice enough to notice it and post an image so I am posting it here. It is called "Clipper" & is 30 x 40 inches.

Today is the day I accomplish everything on earth that ever needed accomplishing by me. I will solve problems and execute tasks willingly and happily. I will.

beautious mm! i love it. radiant sea-faring color nimbus.

it's kind of weird - right now i have an embroidery going in the shack that is a torrid sea on the bottom and a large bouquet with ribbon hanging in space right above. similar in a way to this....

congrats on the mention in art fag city. cool.

Hi FB. Sea-faring color nimbus. Nice.

I haven't seen your relics in a while. Your bouquet on the the torrid sea sounds totally cool. Can I come over soon maybe? Are you ready for guests?

i am always ready for guests! but i should finish my follow-up to the sea nimbus first. just because...and there isn't that much new probably. me busy with my dancing crapstick practice, ie beige.

I was wondering why my teeth tongue and fingers were stained with rainbo colors. I forgot that I was there. I love nerds.

and that pleasant ache in the teeth.

alas, i must begin the tard festival now. sigh. they are delivering the poop papers to me with their sniveling requests for extra apostrophes and and letter "a" removals.

Ugh. FB. If only you could add in extra punctuation and letters instead without getting fired. You could spell out an SOS to the gods, a curse to rain hell down onto their nostrils and forearms.

dreamy painting, ems! buttery atmospherics with spangle jimmies and a view under the slabs... gorgeous light & scale/space, too. love. want. do you have a larger pic? I would like to use this in calisthenic demonstrations at the sanitorium.

This painting is all aglow in the hard c sound! I am really loving it--especially on this day of frustration. I needed a lift!

This is a really fantastic painting.
Why is it titled "Clipper"?

Mountain Man said...

Hi. Because there are things that clip and things that get clipped, someone told me so, in addition to the clipper ship on the turbulent seas. So. Think of a clipping action in relation to the blinding mists. It is fun.

The hard C and the spangled jimmies say good night to you.

Sloth, I don't have a better image right now but maybe I can get one. If you could find a use for this in calisthenics I would be honored and impressed.

Its like the ghost of a frosted jimmie-encrusted donut being eaten by the son of the Invisible Man.

Not the Ralph Ellison one.
