Contortion

I would like to rest in this position today. The brain will succumb to the hand smush on back in order to calm itself. I will drink sody pop and the bubbles will confirm my findings. See you later!

The parts are all cute, but in that order I gets confused. There is a certain worm-beauty to it all though. Wriggle around.

mountain man said...

I think she looks fat.

sloth said...

parts is parts, randy... but mm, your arms have gone missing? how will we gladhandle tonight?

mountain man said...

The arms are hiding in the bra area behind the head.

pd said...

Ouch! Will you be in this position tonight? I think you need a little mustard on your torso.

mountain man said...

Slather on the condiments and put me in a bun. I am almost ready.

Chichi said...

I am nervous. It is hitting the groin area.

pd said...

A smell a mustard and ketchup war a coming...courtesy of Corny.

the groin area is supposed to be hit.

mm, I will pull you around in a little red wagon this evening. I have decorated it with multiple guatemalen blankies and ceramic fertility sculptures + windchimes and feathers. If you need to get higher I am willing to tie you to my back. Please keep this in mind.

mountain man said...

FB that is a great idea. I don't mind being low to the ground, as log as you are pulling. But at some point a higher up view might be thrilling. Expect that I will wear a rotting fruit hat.

mountain man said...

It is possible that my front will be covered in barf.

fairy butler said...

mm, as long as I do not have to take you to the toilet for #1 or #2 we are ok. Barf is ok. I will bring some bibs along with the neon bungie cords and suspenders. I am hooking them from my pants loops so that I can hoist you onto my back when the time is right.

mm you looked lovely on the street just now. are you homeless? if so i would consider a roommate. you can live in my shower, i.e. behind the curtain, near the drain, where the bile drips. let me know.

MM, have a great time tonight, champ.

krixfort said...

MM, the relics were most wonderful. Kit loves the trees relic next to my favorite grotto relic.

I'm going to have nice sparkle dreams tonight. Thanks!

MM, As you know I am held hostage hundreds of miles from you so I couldn't make it to your show. But I saw photos of your relics and I have decided to build a translucent dome shaped room so I can sit inside it and have these relics projected onto the walls. I desire to be a new age Buddha in your imaginary world.

What sounds can be heared in your landscapes? What fantastical creatures dwell there? .........

give us more please please please

PD said...

Regi, please do not place added pressure on MM. These paintings were hard-won and the visual is more than enough to take in. If she attempted to add sound to them...you will be overwhelmed.

lupis said...

i liked the short circuit dancing last night PD. I wonder if others saw?

PD said...

shhh, Lupis. I think I managed to keep it covert. Please don't tell anyone.

Regi said...

Sorry PD I didnt know MM accepts all challenges. Just meditate MM and relax everythings perfect. I'll be happy to just sway in the wind and for some reason I cant stop trying to rotate my face in a clockwise fashion.

The Gaylord Rehabilitation Center said...

hello mountainous man!
congratulations on a beautiful show, though I am sad i forgot my flashlight to see them better. And I was so excited to meet PD. We'll dance and I will show with movement-based language what the relics made me feel, except contort is not a part of my physical alphabet, fyi.

Heart As Arena said...

Yes. This rocked back inside my heart like Julee Cruise.

lupis said...

ooops, sorry PD, it's on the downlow.

PD said...

Yeah, it's okay Lupis. It's not like anyone reads this blog....

dubz said...

i saw too, pd.

Mountain Man said...

Hi. The barnacle is in my throat. I am so excited for tomorrow. It is time to prepare for the partying. My parents will be there. Hopefully it will be ok.

sloth said...

MM, join me down here under the waves; your barnacle will open & extend a soft frond, which will genly wave in the current. I am opening my mouth, little bubbles are coming out, they are saying hi.

Mountain Man said...

Hi Slothy! I like this idea. The little bubbles say hi, it is soothing. There are eyelashes nearby.

Dancer of Asymmetry said...

Luck is under the waves and covers, brining the turkey of last night's desire into fabulous masks for wearing in public. I am lucky to know you.

Chewed Up Baby said...

Luck is the most vile occurence I can imagine. You make me puke.

Leprosy Face said...

There is nothing more disgusting than a discarded chewed up baby. Please.

pd said...

MM, were your folks at the opening too? I missed them.

W.W., I don't believe you.

PD said...

And Gaylord, the excitement was all mine.

Mountain Man said...

We will prance in circles tonight. I am highly anticipating.

fairy butler said...

mm, will your mom prance with me? I hope!

Mountain Man said...

Good god I hope she stays seated. But I will surely prance with you. Is ok that parents are coming....right???? They will not poison the event. They will go home early, tired. Everyone understands about parental oddness. Right?

pd said...

No, this is not okay, unless they join in the dork dancing.

fairy butler said...

is totally ok mm. your parents are very cute. i will be sure to spend some time grooming with them fo shur.

pd said...

I will teach 'em some moves MM, so that they seem odd and fit in with the crowd.

Mountain Man said...

PD that would just about be my worst nightmare. You rascal.

dubz said...

good morning MM!! guess what i'm doing?

dubz said...

well, i'll tell you. i'm building a hot dog tower that can be rolled in on a dolly. it has a disco ball on a robotic arm. if you've never seen a hot dog tower with dancing lights that move across the skin of the dogs, you will be dazzled tonite.

Hunch said...

Please shoot me in the pooper. I am nuts.

pd said...

Thank you MM! I am so sore today. I can hardly walk. Funs, funs, funs yet again.

w.w. said...

i am bent up like a pretzel and i have bruises. head hurts. what happened? pd, you were great. mm, thank you! so great....

lupis said...

what hapened last night? I woke up with a sack of vegetables on my head and sandals on my feet.

pd said...

Dubya, dubya, I hear you with the head hurts. I drank a gallon of water when I got home to try and counter the hurts. It just kept me up peeing all night.

So fun to bust a move with you!! You really got the moves down.

PD said...

Lupis! Funny you should mention that. I woke up in a vat of tomato sauce. ???

sloth said...

there are dust bunnies in my hair, and somehow my arms & legs got switched...?

Mountain Man said...

You guys are the BEST. The most fun people I ever met. I am ruined, a shell, a freakish sore-necked hungover bucket of nothing. My feet were FILTHY from dancing, I blackened the sheets. I got 3 hours sleep.....woah. I hope it's ok to be this nuts.

USB said...

Dear MM:
Sounds like the event went well... although from the litany of aches, pains and assorted ailments.. a good time was hed by all!! Even with the P'rents along for a view..
Love ya..hugs etc to Unca Fritz!
PS: we were up planting fleurs for Bubbles - ya know the 'old one'... The old Gal still has it, and can really land a zinger when she's 'on'... Also, I can't get over the improvement no that the gold velvet wallcovering no longer upholsters all surfaces...
That was sooooo hideous!
PS: US still wants his bookie back..Next time ya see us, the two of you can duke it out.
Ciao fer now.. got to dig the dirt out from my nails and fix my manicure..

The biggest worry for me at the current time is finances and Holiday insurance , I
keep obsessing about them. I have way too much debt, and even with family helping out and my disability check, I'm struggling to pay my bills each month. And I still feel a lot of shame and guilt for having to borrow so much money from my family. so i look for Holiday insurance Family and my therapist tell me I should just try and not worry about it, at least the guilt part. I'll try not to worry about it, and do my best to show my appreciation for what I've got. rest i have put it on Holiday insurance
